Canal Wheel From Monmouthshire & Brecon Canal circa late 18th early 19th Century ?

Width Diameter across 390mm Axle/Spindle Length each side 125mm Long x 20mm Diameter Brought up from Lock #2 Crindau in 2001 Looks handmade as you can see the hammered finish, is kept oiled and dry I see this as a decorative piece over the fireplace placed on the wall purely by drilling a 3/4 inch diameter 4 inch deep hole for one of the axle/spindles to rest in Ignore the 5 Tag & Make me an Offer ?
